2. agar menghemat waktu gunakan fasilitas mail merge yang ada di MS Word.
3. tidak mengubah format seperti ukuran kertas, lebar kertas, margin, dan sebagainya
4. ketik nama, jabatan, alamat undangan pada format yang telah disediakan.

Dalam pencetakan,

1. atur lebar input kertas pada printer selebar kertas stiker label undangan (Posisi dengan lebar pas)
2. cetak dulu di kertas bekas lalu cocokkan dengan label agar jangan sampai label terbuang sia-sia karena salah cetak dan salah atur
3. jika hasil ketikan miring atau terlalu atas dan bawah, maka ulangi proses pengetikan.
